رانورا يشغّله شخص واحد، فلا يوجد مركز اتصال ولا دردشة مباشرة. البريد الإلكتروني هو الطريقة الوحيدة، ويصل مباشرة إلى المسؤول عن التطبيق. Ranora is run by one person, so there is no call centre and no live chat. Email is the only channel, and it goes straight to the person responsible for the app.
